How to choose right tyres for cars?

Each car owners always worries about "How could I reduce my car' fuel consumption?".
There are so many factors which influence the fuel consumption of every car. Even though each car is designed to deliver a 100% efficient there were several other facts which the owner should be very conscious for maintaining the 100% efficiency.
The Tyres of a car is one of the main factors which influence the fuel consumption by the car.

I would like to share  some information which I got from several websites.

The main factors that must be considered for choosing a good tyre for a car are as follows:

1)Tyre Type[Tubeless or Tube-Type]
2)Size of the Tyre
3)Tread Pattern
4)Rubber Compound
5)Quality and Reliability Factors

1)TYRE TYPE
The best choice of tyre for a car is "TubeLess Tyres" becaouse these type of tyres will have somany advantages than ordinary Tube Tyres.

2)SIZE OF THE TYRE
The next main factor is size of the tyre.Usually the size of the tyre is represented in a standard format as for example..234/55 R 10 in which,

234 is width of the tread in the tyre represented in mm.
55 is Height of the sidewall represented in percentage of width of the tread.
R is the Radial Construction
15 is the diameter of the wheel in inches.

3)TREAD PATTERN
Tread pattern is the important factor which plays a vital role in friction between road and car thus can prevent skidding, accident etc.,
There are several types of patterns that includes

       Conventional Tread

       Uni-Directional Tread

       Asymmetric

4)RUBBER COMPOUND
The last and most important factor is the rubber used to make the tyres. Before buying a tyre the Rubber Compound must be checked without any compromise. The quality or softness of the rubber is proportional to the amount of traction and the speed rating of the tyre, and inversely proportional to the treadlife of the tyre. Therefore the higher the speed rating of a tyre, the better is the grip of the tyre to ground.

5)Quality and Reliability Factors
The Quality and reliable factors that determine the quality of the tyres are

            The Reputation of the Manufacturer
            Warranty
            Manufacturing Date
            New Technologies

Together with above mentioned factors we can select the appropriate tyres which can help in improving the maintenance of the cars.
